He has launched the first ever text book on COVID-19 globally titled as COMPREHENSIVE TEXT BOOK ON COVID-19. It has 56 chapters with contribution from about 70 co-authors.
He is a regular Examiner for the National Board for Post Doctoral Critical Care Fellowship Medicine exam. Also, Examiner for National Board in Respiratory Medicine.
He is pioneer in Sleep Medicine in India. He introduced the largest and most sophisticated Sleep Lab in India in 1995 at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in New Delhi. He has been Chairman/ Scientific Chairman for various National Conferences like Critical Care, Broncho logy and, Sleep Medicine.
